I can't remember exactly when my love for photography began. All I do know is it found me before I found it.
I have always looked at the world as though looking through a camera lens. Everything I see is composed as a photograph in my mind. It is as if my brain is a roll of film and my eyes are the lens.
My parents remember me as a child always wanting to take pictures "of everything". It was always naturally just in me to want to capture images and moments so I compulsively took pictures and began to study photography a little in high school and a bit in college as well (in a darkroom with real film no less!).
In a nutshell, I always was and will always be voracious about capturing the life and moments around me with my camera. It has never been enough for me to simply enjoy a beautiful moment, I am compulsive about capturing it! I feel such peace and joy when I am behind my camera and love knowing my work will be meaningful to the people whom I am photographing.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to capture your special and important moments. I do not take this responsibility lightly. My emotion and commitment to your precious moment will show through my work as will my passion for the art of photography.
